The building given to running in November 1965. In 1976 the building was adapted to tohe hotel named according to friend town in Italy Alessandria. The hotel belonged among Itnerhotels Čedok until the privatization in 1922. In 1992 hotel was sold to the company Alessandria ltd. constructed with hotel employers.
